The Drappier Reserve de L'Oenotheque Brut is the living memory of the Drappier family home.

Preserved in their twelfth-century Cistercian cellars, this collection showcases the ancient, and often very rare vintages.

When they consider them ready to reveal the intensity and originality of the year they were produced, they disgorge small batches, sometimes even just one bottle.
