Bourgogne Blanc

All of the Domaine 7 white wines are vinified in the same way: mechanical pressing, ageing for a minimum of two years in an old, cold and humid cellar, manual bottling without filtration.

Their vineyard is composed of old Massal selections of Chardonnay, planted with a density of 10.000 vine stocks per hectares.

Their plots are all located in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin in Burgundy.
