Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons
Since its creation and under the leadership of Vincent Dauvissat, the estate has progressed in terms of vine management and has stood out.
Since 2002, Domaine Dauvissat Vincent has been grown organically and biodynamically without claiming certification.
In the cellar, the aging is done in barrels with 10% new wood, little sulfur and without any stirring.
The vinification is very little interventionist and thus ensures the wine the expression of the different climates and above all a good ageing.
The Dauvissat estate produces around 70,000 bottles.
