Champagne Drappier - Brut Nature without added sulphite

The result of an approach that has led Drappier for years to reduce the sulphite content in their Champagnes, no dose of sulfur has been added to this cuvée during the various stages of vinification, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself, in complete freedom. Without dosage and yet with a remarkable roundness thanks to the maturity of the bunches and the time spent in Drappier cellars.

This cuvée evokes beautiful apples and the William Pear with a touch of citrus.
